why are you measuring in grams and then oz? so 4 servings of dry rice (180g) = 15 servings?

I'm confused, she weighed the dry rice in grams and then weighed the cooked rice in ounces.

Silly question, why weigh dry as grams and cooked as ounces? Is it because it's cooked with water? Also, can you please make a video like this with protein? Thanks!

So four servings dry equals 15 servings cooked?

Wouldn't it be easier to measure and cook the raw amount needed for multiple meals (say, the entire bag uncooked, equates to 6 servings exactly), then simply divide whatever volume comes out cooked into your 6 servings?

1 gram drie rice equals 3 grams cooked rice. So you can divide or multiply it by 3. A useful tool is the omnicalculator.
