I track everything raw besides chicken because it is easier for me to bulk bake chicken once a week rather than lighting my oven on the daily to cook chicken and weigh that raw piece. So I bake a ton of chicken without weighing it first and then weight my cooked chicken and track it in MFP as "grilled chicken breast PLAIN" since I literally just bake it without any oil or sauce and just salt and Pep. Do you think that's accurate / does that make sense?
