I add resistance bands to help mimic cables but they also add to mobility and joint health.

I heard and read that BPC-157 & TB-500 are the best for joint healing....these are compounds that have to be injected on the injured tendon...

Jesus who titled this video? I'm halfway through and we're not talking about supplements yet. It's good info for people who don't know shit, but the title is very misleading. Give all the helpful advice you want but the point was joint supplements.

Hey man, you mentioned the ingredients that the supplement should contain however you did not mention how big the doses should be per serving in mg. The DY Nutrition joint support looks to be the closest thing to your description that I can afford. Per serving it has 1000mg of MSM, Glucosamine HCI 1000mg, PEA 400mg, vitamin d 15 µg. Is this a good supplement to take? I'm 15 and have been training for 2 years, I have a bit of joint pain every now and then in the elbows and wrists, I just want to preserve my joints and not damage them from the lifting I do.

So I appreciate the information for the supplement. But in regard to the other video if doctors or medical industries don't make money off of something it's probably useless.
