Thank you! I have so much more energy during a workout and the rest of the day if I fast until at least 10 AM. My workouts are from 7 until 8 AM so I was “scared” I needed to eat something directly after the workout, but know I don’t need to worry about eating at 10 or 12

Autumn when I brake my fast after my walk .for one thing I go for a 12’800 steps a day. Then I’ll come home eat probably 4 egg 🥚 with avocado 🥑. And one cup of egg whites. . Sometimes with oatmeal blueberries. Sometimes with a chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread. Love you’re vedio’s .I’am learning a lot

I eat a pound and a half to 2pounds of meat a day so I never worry about not enough protein. I typically eat around 1:00 and workout fasted daily. Love my electrolytes while fasting 😃. Always wondered if the dogma of eat right away after workouts was true but my gut always told me it was old news 😊

I think we eat after workout, because it's a habit created by "old" knowledge. Walking, then having water with pink salt and ACV helps me to start my day. 🐕‍🦺Thanks for a great channel! 👌

Really glad to be following you. I’ve recently discovered I enjoy intermittent fasting; I feel really good.
I even feel like I have more mental clarity.

Question- what type of cardio do you do? I am very big into resistance training and cardio as well. However having a bad knee (arthritic) I recently have “knocked” the stair climber and resorted to walking and staying very active all day at work and outside of work. I really enjoy the walking especially outside. But being active constantly I do have to make sure I’m consuming Enough protein to maintain my lean muscle.
But I’m interested to hear what cardio you do?

I am on week 3 of kick-boxing & resistance band training for 45 min to an hour 6 days a week at 5:00 a.m. I was told I needed to eat/fuel within 45 minutes of the workout & feel like I have lost the "feel good burn" I had when I was fasting. Trying to figure out how to continue fasting when I'm working out so early. If I stop eating @ 8 p.m. & workout at 5:00, am I okay to hold off eating until noon?

I lost 11 lbs. prior to this by intermittent fasting with 10, 000 steps or more daily but plateaued after a month. So threw in the gym membership but confused now. This video seems very helpful. I just worry about not eating until 6 hours after the workouts.

LMNT is something I just actually started implementing into my fasting/keto routine. It’s expensive though so I just use pink Himalayan salt on the days when I don’t have it 😄👍

I have always worked out fasted and I wouldn't change it for a thing! I have only just started intermittent fasting as I'm the i have to eat every 2 hours kind of person. I'm on my 7th day ..I eat my first meal at 11:30 and finish at 7:30pm. I have to eat my first meal a lot later because by the time I get home at 5:30 I need to have some time to cook and eat! I was worried that waiting to eat after 4 and half hours of working out would mess up anything I would have done at the gym!

I've been feeling quite good, I know I need to up my protein as I've already struggled with that. I have however had quite a bit of bloating!

Is it ok to drink decaf coffee during intermittent fasting? I have some on the morning while fasting and working and some tea with no sugar of course. 🤙😎 Thanks for the video Autumn 😇

Love your videos, they’re so full of great info! Thank you!I’ve watched your video about how much protein we should be eating per day, but then I’m never sure how much fat and fiber is enough. Do you have any videos that discuss this? I want to get enough fat in my diet but also don’t want too much. Esp since I’m trying to lose weight.

I fast for 18 hours after my evening meal so don't break my fast till about 2pm the following day. So it seems I should be working out early afternoon rather than the morning. Is that correct or have I misunderstood?

Question: I typically start my crossfit training at 5:30am, for about 3 hours, sometimes bit less or bit more. If I broke my fast say at 12pm ( starting a fast at 7pm previous day ) would I have any hindrance in terms of my recovery?. Is it ok to still be in a fasted stated if I finished training at e.g 8:30am?...Im asking this as I'm looking to drop BF%, without dropping performance in order to be lighter to move, and not carry unwanted weight.

So I’ve been waking up at like 8-9 am working out for 2 hours of training and won’t eat until like 12pm. I’ll be eating 3 eggs, yogurt, and oatmeal. I’m trying to do lean muscle building and mass. I’m 27 Male. What do you think?

Hi Autumn,
Unrelated to the topic of this video, but I recently bought a lot of MyProtein Whey Isolate.
It’s sweetened with sucralose.
It’s actually a recommended protein powder brand by the Glucose Goddess, even though she also says to avoid sucralose as a sweetener 🥴
Can you suggest what type of fibre I should add to avoid a glucose spike?
Thanks
