Notes: Add Sea salt. Herbs. Sugar. Oil. Put on baking sheet. Bake at 400 15-25 minutes.

This helped me a lot because i had left over seeds during Halloween. When I baked them, they tasted so good. I’m 100 precent making them next year.

I just made this and they are delicious! I just added a little bit of cayenne pepper, paprika and black pepper, I wasn't sure about the sugar, but at the end the result is pretty awesome.

Thx for the video! I separated seed from pumpkin 1st by hand, straight to the strainer-much neater & quicker.

I tried a bit different and they were SO I Roasted on 350 degrees for about 10-20 min or until they look good

I’m jealous. I just baked the seeds from 10 large pumpkins. It took hours of work and I think they’re still kind of raw. I wish I had boiled them first!

My very 1st time trying to make pumpkin seeds and I just followed your recipe here and I have to say THANK YOU!!!! They came out so good!! I didn’t have any rosemary I used mint leaves instead and wow! They came out perfect and it was so Thanks you again!!

So tried this and the quick boil did help. Used just salt and pepper and oil for mine, just based on mood but they’re crispy and perfect throughout. Thanks! I think I’ll do the rosemary and sugar next year.
