EASIEST Roast Parsnips ever.

This time of the year we're all thinking about side dishes for Sunday lunch and Christmas Dinner, and this roasted parsnip side dish is absolutely brilliant. I show you how you can knock this up in a hour and I think you will love how simple this is.

It's a matter of chipping them up the same size and cooking in an oil of your choice, you could even roast in goose fat if you wanted. I pull mine out 20 minutes before there done and add my flavouring which is honey and mustard.

Ingredients-
➤ Parsnips
➤ Olive oil
➤ Runny honey
➤ Wholegrain mustard
➤ Seasoning

So enjoyable, why do people not like parsnip more. I roasted them for the first time ever Xmas this year, and into early January, and still I am parsnipping hard 😂.

If you mix your honey and mustard in a small bowl before, it’s easier to drizzle over for even distribution

I always cook our roast dinners and Xmas dinner and it's always great but my roast snips are always a fail in my mind. I can never get them as roasty and crispy as my dad used to. I always par-boil them first. I'll give your suggestion a go next time.

Are you putting the parsnips into a cold oven for an hour at 180°C or a pre-heated oven for an hour at 180°C
