Amen Brother Tour. When I first heard you say that scientists may well in time learn a plausible explanation as to how life began I recoiled. I have always held that as unknowable because it is a God thing. But after some thought I realized that discovering how life began and maybe even some day replicating it artificially would not be a sacrilege but rather one more thing whereby to glorify God !! After all look at everything humanity has already learned about this world and in no way does any of that knowing diminish God's glory. Indeed all that knowing gives us more reason to believe in God and glorify Him. Peace and God Speed...

Love the work Dr Tour is doing. We all think of better answers we might have given in such impromptu situations. What bothered me at the time of the debate was his silence after the opening remarks. Little did I know he had agreed essentially to ‘not speak unless spoken to’ and even then under constraints. This gave Dr Cronin free rein to talk about assembly theory and it was clear no one in the audience or at the table wanted to hold Lee accountable. They looked like fawning sycophants while Dr Tour was assigned to a corner and only asked demeaning questions like ‘we know your religious worldview and see how negative you are about OOL, why don’t you come up with something positive…’. I understand that he is being shunned from an equal discussion and he might have to submit to these ‘authorities’ in order to get a word in edgewise but out of fairness the debate committee should be obligated to spell out restrictions placed on the debaters.
