1 tsp Sugar

when you get to a closer cut so not to cut yourself use a fork ans use it to cut mandeline to the other end to finish

i make a cucumber salad with only 3 ingredients too...but mine has sliced cucumbers, mayo and dill pickle juice. Just mix the mayo and dill pickle juice to the consistency a little thinner than that of a salad dressing, pour it over the cucumbers, salt & pepper to taste. YUM 😋

I also have had a few "cuts" from a mandolin and I will say, they are very bad. I've cut the tip of my thumb off! That was the last time I used one. Now I have a spinning slicer that won't chop the tip of my finger off because I refused to use the attachment the mandolin came with lol

As a professional chef can you say WTF sorta holding is that?!! I've seen ppl take there fingers off or threw there whole hand onto the blades by the food slipping that's why there's guards that come with it😔😟 please ppl Don't do this 😅 use the guards please
