I've been trying to do this pelvic lift for a couple of week, dure to a slight pressure below, so hard to do. Until. Just watched your first explanation about breathing and suddenly it becomes easier when breathing out, amazing. Thankyou, maybe ow I will make a difference. ❤

Thank you very much, good to know. And it also similar to the very old Chinese way of core training.

Wife of Skip You do very well explaining and giving detail. your exercises relax me for the day's work. Thank you. i have a prolapse and you give many of us an alternative to surgery. This video is narrow and harder to see. Hope to see full screen another time.

I’ve been working really hard on my breathing, this is a great explanation! However, it’s still so hard for me, it if stop focusing on it even for a second, I switch back to doing the complete opposite! I guess It’s really hard to get the hang of it after doing it wrong for years! 🤪 In my head, and how it feels, is that my breath and diaphragm aren’t going down as I breathe in but up, and the opposite on exhale... do you happen to have a visual or video of a muscular skeleton with organs moving as the breath flows? I’m thinking of some sort of high school science video😆 I think this explanation would be even more helpful to me if I could see it happening internally at the same time! Thank you!!
