#ad In this video I smoke jalapeno poppers using Cowboy charcoal all natural briquets and cherry wood on the PK Grill.

What you’ll need:
8 jalapenos
Bacon
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1-2 teaspoons of your favorite seasoning
½ cup shredded cheese

Slice jalapenos in half and use a spoon to remove membrane and seeds. Mix together cream cheese, seasoning, and cheese. Wrap bacon around jalapeno.
Smoke at 225-250 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Viewer tip. Cut your bacon in half lengthwise. Works great that way.
