Hearty Beef Stew Recipe | Perfect for the Cold Months

Mmmm-mmmm good. Just on time for fall. What a great stew for the whole family. Enjoy.

1 Medium Onion
5 Garlic Cloves
500g Beef
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Ground Coriander
4 Tomatoes
1/2 Jalapeño
3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
250g Green Beans
1 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrots
2 Medium Potatoes ( Chopped)
Adjusting Salt last 5 minutes
1/2 Lemon Juice

* Let the meat cook for 2-2 1/2 hours before adding green beans and carrots.
* Your green beans & carrots should be cooked about %80, then add Potatoes in last half an hour.
* Adjust the salt as needed at the end
