And, it happens to be made of because that's what they worked with, and that's why it looks so good because it's very healthy for you. And it takes time, not 15 minutes!!! Seriously though, that looks very good indeed. They certainly knew how to cook!!!

I made it. It's VERY wine forward. I'll omit the wine next time. I suggest using half or less than what the recipe says.
