I met a guy several year ago....he told me he was scheduled for back surgery with his massive back pain that he he told me he tried one of those incline benches ....he said after he was on bench for a bit something popped in his back and he had instant relief and never had that back surgery.

I love that you as a surgeon said try everything before surgery. Rolfing, Rossiter, chiropractors, yoga, inversion tables there are lots of things to try before surgery.

I had a car accident about 20 yrs ago. I was a young woman, athletic, no issues. After that car accident I had such pain in my tailbone I could barely sit. Finally I broke down from the pain and tried a chiropractor. I think I went to about 4 sessions. Immediately after the first session I felt absolute relief. I only did four sessions because I was fixed. I have not had any issues with my back since.

So I had a y-strap done in Tampa and it helped me tremendously!!! I was told at 19 to have major surgery but I declined. It’s been immensely better since the y-strap doctor helped me

I am a chiropractor of over 40 years. It's very refreshing to hear a professional talk with such respect and keep open mind about patient's needs. I do not use the "Y" strap because I think it is too aggressive for patients. I believe in treating patients with the idea "what would I do if I were that person". I have a really good working relationship with Orthopedic surgeons (and Neurosurgeons) which have good respect for me. I agree totally with your outlook and opinions and Thank You!
