It's good Gypsy raises awareness but Gypsy needs to identify she is actually a murderer. It's concerning she blaming Nick for it all. She was in control and could have stopped it at any time.

And for the record yes she was a monster and knew exactly what she was doing to her daughter.

Death was an easy escape she should be in prison for life.

She should bring a lawsuit against the doctors who gave her harsh treatments and surgerys without any independent testing and without any record's to back up a diagnosis. She was abused by the medical system too 😢

With gypsy rose becoming a popular topic conversation again and many feeling sympathy for her and understanding her involvement in her mother's death, some of us still remember and care for Nick Godejohn. He was obviously vulnerable and manipulated by Gypsy into the plot to murder her mother. It is truly disgusting seeing the outpouring of support and understanding for Gypsy while Nick remains incarcerated for life with no parole.

i don’t get why people are advocating for nick godejohn. how can people forget that gypsy was an incredibly sheltered child who clung onto the first person that gave her attention, which was a mentally ill sociopath who was interested in killing. nick had a life and an upbringing that made him more exposed to the world in what was right and wrong and had so much influence on gypsy. gypsy wanted to escape and nick took advantage to kill. so no i don’t think he should be let out of prison nor should be advocated for.

Both my parents beat me, had children with my sister ran from the law/dfs, if we would have done what you done we would still be in prison, My father is serving a life sentence for Murder, my mother is out on probation, I have not spoken to neither one in years.

If you think this woman is a hero- think of all of the women serving time for killing their abusive husbands.
Would you feel the same way about them?
Would you think that killing someone to end abuse would be justified?

She should have gotten more time. Premeditated murder still Premeditated murder and that in of itself is a life sentence. Don't think she should gotten life, but definitely more jail time. She in the same boat taking from good hearted people like her mom. Coming out of jail, all will feel sorry for her and again her income will come others and now social media. Crazy, she is not all that helpless. She didn't want her mother dead??? Yet she is dead.😮😮😮

I like that Gypsy is getting so much support post her release in this country. It says that the concept of self defense is still a fundamental value in America and that people are not being judgmental toward a vulnerable person in such a horrifying situation. It sends a clear message, don’t be evil and do not mess with people or you might get killed and the law will know it’s not completely the victim’s fault.
