What is Rice Paper? How to Decoupage with. Rice Paper

Most rice paper is not actually made of rice, rather it is made from the paper mulberry plant. It is an organic paper and has varying levels of transparency, depending on the thickness of the rice paper.

Rice paper is very thin yet very strong, making it a great paper for decoupage and other paper crafts. The printed colors do not fade after application, and the paper doesn't easily tear while working with it.

I will show you how to easily apply rice paper to a glass bottle.

Your printed rice papers are beautiful, I just bought a huge sheet of printed mulberry paper from Blick, I was also looking at their rice papers but it wasn't the type I wanted for water marbling, can you recommend the right rice paper that would be good for it?? 😁💗🌷
