I used to do this with my left over soup, whenever I finished my soup and it was still warm, I would tear rice paper strips and leave it in the soup for a bit and have some delicious noodle soup 😁

I tried this.. It wasn't very good. Waaay too chewy (unless u like that) And it had a really gritty texture. The seasoning was oily-feeling and it just didn't taste very good

Tip: be careful putting them on top of each other, they get super sticky when softened!! Delicious though ❤
