Police in Florida arrest 11-year-old after false abduction report

Police in Florida’s Volusia County wanted to teach an 11-year-old girl a lesson after she made a fake abduction report to 911 — with an arrest. The girl had falsely texted 911 that her 14-year-old friend had been abducted by an armed man driving a white van.
