This is so sad. They completely ignored the woman's ex who was very unhinged. Witness when said they saw his vehicle down the street before the shooting. But set their eyes on the 11 year old boy??? Disgusting. Even the victims parents continue to put blame on the boy and they even knew about their daughters abusing ex. I hope this kid can get through this and is able to live a normal adult life.

It's illegal to question a child without a parent or the families attorney present.

I lost all my brain cells trying to understand the title.

I’m suing.

Title is worded odd, looks like 11 year old knocked up his step mother, I had to reread that.

My husband has told our kids ever since they were little that if they were ever to be questioned by police, they are to stay quiet, dont talk, ask for parents and an attorney and they are to keep repeating themselves. My nephew was falsely accused by police for the murder of his friend, but his friend gave the name of his step brother as to who did it. Then he died. The cops ignored his "deathbed confession" as to who did it and were persistent on pinning it on my nephew. I guess one if the cops grew a conscience and admitted to the confession but if he hadnt, my nephew could've gone away for something he didn't do. Thats why i don't believe in the death penalty anymore. Too many falsely accused people in prison. What if that happened to you??

the kid was at school when the younger kid was awakened by a loud sound (the gunshot) and found her mom dead. This was a clear case of injustice done to the 11 year old and it is heartbreaking.

The real person who should be going to jail is the one who wrote the title

We’re not gonna notice that his dads name is Chris brown

This is awful. I hope they slapped a big law suit against them

This is really sickening they would do this to this poor baby. Because he is a baby. He’s only 11 yrs old. Who ever charged him needs to be arrested and serve time. They traumatized this little boy so much. I cannot stay silent. We all need to stand up to our criminal justice systems and call them for what they are. Unconstitutional and dangerous. They cannot give this little boy his life back. I’m horrified

I reread the title three times; just to make sure an 11 year old didn't impregnate his step mom, then killed her.🤦🏾‍♀️

That's one of the things my parents told us kids, do not EVER speak to cops or anyone in authority. We were told to tell them, *I can't speak to you, im a minor* It's sad that was for our own protection as kids we had to learn.

He can sue the government for millions for wrongful imprisonment. 😮

This is sad. He was accused of murder and years later he was found innocent

I remember seeing this and KNEW he was innocent. His face showed his innocence. Poor boy.

I remember hearing about this case and thinking how in the hell did he do it. And what type of incompetent officers do we really have supposedly protecting us not to mention who would find him guilty.
