Suspect Arrested After Allegedly Attacking 11-Year-Old Girl In Park

Police have arrested a man accused of attacking an 11-year-old girl at a city park.

I hate, I absolutely hate that media are distorting facts and omitting crucial information. This girl was throwing rocks, snappers, and lit matches at the dogs. She was the head of the gang. We were exasperated. When myself and other people confronted their guardian, this child became belligerent and combative. She was also enormous and didn’t look like a 11-year-old. I have seen what horrible things “children” are capable of doing to innocent animals. As usual, media are portraying this man as a monster, but he was absolutely justified

First off why is the girl walking towards this guy if she feels she's in danger?

CBS is trying to control the narrative with this one:
1-No mention of the animal abuse that sparked this guys reaction.
2-From the video it looks as if this girl who looks way older than 11 is the aggressor.
3-This park has a history of being frequented by unruly and disrespectful teenagers.
4-One version of the story states there were adult chaperones present another said nothing of these chaperones.
5-11 and 15 year olds are not even in the same school. These two “victims” were hanging out on school time with each other. 6- Give us the whole story CBS not just pieces that fit your agenda. Your reporting is disgraceful.

Yeah well it was obvious that the 11 year-old was at least as provocative from the video. She kept coming back to challenge the dude - not to justify it - but this wasn't some guy actively going after some kid. Let the court sort it out.

The girl was throwing firecrackers at the dogs and when the man yelled at the girl instead of backing off she moved towards him as if to fight. The girl provoked the incident. It is always a bad idea for a kid to start a fight with an adult.
