Consistency is a Key word. It is another form of repetition only over a longer period of time. I am 73 and have been working out since I was 14. 5'6" 158lbs 7% BF. I don't over eat or under eat. I don't want to feel fat and I don't want to feel skinny or weak. So far so good! This guy is smart and he knows what he is doing. Keep in mind you can only become an expert on yourself and that is the beauty of it!

Thank you so much for this excellent video!! Exactly what I needed it to watch… I’ve been doing super intense hot Pilates and yoga at least 2 two hours a day five days a week using weights and resistance band and yet can’t grow enough muscle!!! I eat very little meat only once a week so I need to make some changes so I can see better results 🙏🏽
