I started taking this about 3 months ago ( with my hubby) after it was recommended by a very elderly spritely 94 year old in my village who swears by it.

ubiquinol is the active form of coq10 and more effective. I couldn't take coffee since 1995, in 2017 I start taking ubiquinol 200 mg everyday for 3 months, I can enjoy coffee everyday since then, and now with only 200 mg twice a week.
