I know someone that has taken this for decades. She had a massive heart attack in her sixties and is now 90 and is well over 300 pounds. I believe the coq10 is what’s helped her from having another one and is why she is still alive today as she never misses one day without it. 😊

CoQ10 (preferably ubiquinol) has FAR more benefits than the few discussed here. It is very safe and has played a major roll in improving my cardiovascular, liver and brain health, as well as improved energy levels. In my opinion, everyone over 40 should be taking 100mg per day and those over 60, 200mg per day.

I read about possible benefits of CoQ10 for migraine headaches so I tried 100 mg per day for my vestibular migraines. I has worked for over a year now. I haven't noticed other benefits.

If you are on statins to reduce cholesterol, you may want to consider taking Cordyceps instead. Cordyceps is great in reducing LDL and increasing HDL.

I am trying this for fibro that I got from a flare up only taking 100 mg atm but it’s helping with my agoraphobia. Who knew lol! I guess it will take longer for muscle pain.
