I have been dealing with memories of negative things my family has said to me since childhood. My family is not overly affectionate and I was dealt hard lessons since I was a kid.

Enjoy this recording especially because they are worded as "you are" instead of "I Am". It makes sense that that's better for maximum affect while sleeping. The length of this is good for use while I'm sleeping too. For a person dealing with chronic pain and PTSD that interrupts sleep listening to positive affirmations helps me to be able to sleep for more hours of uninterrupted sleep; which also means less medication needed. Thank you so much for your affirmations! I was introduced to the secret back in college and it was on the back of my mind but life happened and I had forgotten about it. This yr my family had a lot of loss. My dad passed from cancer and then our grandmother passed as well. Its been a tough yr. Came across the secret again and decided to read more on it and then came to youtube where I am so glad I found you! My husband and I both listen to you nightly.
