What an amazing mobility class my whole body feels amazing! I always try and warm myself up before a stretches/mobility but such a huge difference doing it after that sweat fest cardio today. Thank you Chris I’m so happy that more and more people are doing your mobility. You make such a difference for all of us and I appreciate all the effort that goes into providing us the tools to take care of our bodies 😊

Whew, that was a tricky one with all the planks. I definitely took the modifications a couple of times, but I really enjoyed the pigeon pose. Thank you!!

Ahhhh, what an incredible class!! I really need to work on my balance and this has plenty of balance challenges built right in.
I felt soooo good after this and doing the awesome KickBoxing class, needed.
Need to tell you again, THANK YOU for making me LOVE Mobility and Stretching!!!
