Thor Tony and Vision didn't damage the vibranium components of Ultron's body. They melted the regular steel alloys underneath it causing his body to weaken. The vibranium remained in tact

Shuri actually explains to agents ross that vibranium is highly volatile at high speeds and considering that the mark 50 can fly at mach 10 is a death sentence
Thank u for putting this reason in 😊

Vibranium has one fatal flaw. It can be turned off and rendered useless. This is explained in Dr. Doom's comic... You're welcome.

Im going to be upset if Tony in the comics lose his new Mysterium suit. On par with vibranium and adamantium but it also contains some special powers like bypass spidey senses and resistances to magic.

Looking at Iron Man 3 where he created suits for any sort of occasions, I wouldn't be surprised if one those suits between 50 and 85 was actually a Vibranium suit. "Just in case"

When Iron Man 2 came out, I described Tony's suit as a fighter jet where Rhodies suit was the AC130 gunship. All that aside, I would have loved to see a short/miniseries of Tony, Shuri, and Bruce just getting into Science Shenanigans. Especially after what Tony said to Bruce in the first Avengers movie.

he used vibranium in the mk 30 and 33 on the retractable daggers. He also thinks of every possible outcome so how repairable to suit would be is a huge factor aswell as how he would stop it if someone stole it. a vibranium suit would be great and we might see some suits in armor wars with vibranium used in weapons but he wanted nanotech because of how quickly he could suit up.

I think Tony was smart enough to figure out a way around the problems you mentioned here with Vibranium. I won't be surprised if Dr. Doom shows up in a suit made of Vibranium or Adamantium.

Why am I sitting and listening to a hypothetical reason for a fictional character to have not made an make-believe and impossible armoured suit with a made-up version of a metal. WHY?

*In short if he did use Vibranium it would be hard to come across, harder to forge with, and will have a lot of gaps like his Mk.46 it would also be harder to fit more features as some parts are seen to be flexed, bent, stretched*
There is said to be 2 types of Vibranium, Wakandian and Antarctic, one has the ability to absorb and deflect all types of damage inflicted while the other has the ability to dissolve any metal
Captain America’s shield is forged with the mix of Wakandian and special alloy other materials like Adamantium and Uru masters other aspects such as magical traits and sharpness, Vibranium is said to be rare and hard to forge seeing that the suits used nanotech to cover any gaps

Also Tony and Stark Industries are very Litigious in the comics when protecting the Ironman IP. So much so that many of Tony's villains were put out of commission through Lawsuits. So we would also respect the IP of Wakanda and their ownership of Vibranium.

Tony did ask, Black Panther was jealous of his Iron Man suit and said no.😂

In the book The Wakanda Files, it was stated that Tony bought vibranium from Wakanda which was what his mark 50-85 armors were based on

It would be better if he had a Vibranium suit like black panther and his nano tech on top of it white having no drawback on losing versatility and movement

they should make a episode on WHAT IF where tony focuses more on durability and uses Vibranium

A vibranium suit would be a major liability if a hostile entity were able to steal it. Tony has had his tech stolen in the past, and would know a suit of vibranium would be very difficult for him to defeat if it ever got into the wrong hands. It is important to never make something you yourself cannot unmake should the need arise.

I mean If he wanted the best of both world he could just ripped off Terminator 3 and did a combo of hard plates of vibranium and then the non vibranium nano bots from his other suit, so he get protection from the plates and versatility of gadgets with the nano bots

"Hey, Wakanda, can I use your guy's vibranium for a new suit?"
"No"

The fact he made an additional 30 suit in the 5 year shows he wanted to improve those suits would of been different not just improvements and i cant believe he wouldn't make a vibranium suit even if he never had plans to use it

Correction: Brute force does *NOT* break down Vibranium. When you said Thanos had enough of it to break cap’s shield that was incorrect. Thanos’ sword is made out of URU which is the only other metal other than Vibranium in the 616 universe that is known to damage Vibranium. As a content creator who reviews marvel continuity like this it doesn’t make sense that you’d say something before doing research into what you’re talking about, Vibranium absorbs kinetic energy which makes it indestructible to brute force. You’d need a material just as strong or stronger than Vibranium to break down Vibranium.
