Thanks man, I really needed to hear this.

My job is burning me out and it is killing my motivation. This video has helped me get back to the weights after missing 2 weeks of exercise.

Wow, this is only the second video of yours I have watched, but you have got yourself a new subscriber. This hit home for me I've been struggling terribly for a couple weeks with gym motivation. But this didn't just give me motivation to hit the gym harder, it made me want to change other aspects of my life. Thank you!

Consistency eventually becomes harder than the actual work. You’re still motivating me today, even after being subscribed to this Chanel for years, all of your videos are very helpful, keep it up Marc.

Been watching your videos since 2014 when I was in college. After my first physique show at 175 I was in the best shape of my life. Fast forward to March 2015 and I joined the marine corps and even though fitness is apart of my daily life where it’s mandatory for me to have to meet a certain weight standard or I have to meet certain physical fitness standards it just burnt me out. For about 2 years I kind of just got fat and lost all my motivation. I’m just starting to force myself to go to the gym after a 10-12 hour work day and trying to work on getting my peak physique back and just to overall be a better person. Your videos have helped me a lot along the way with me getting to the gym. Thanks Marc for everything you do in the fitness community!

Man this really hit home! I’m 23 years old and I love being in shape and eating healthy. I look better than a lot of my peers and it’s kindve embarrassing that a lot of people don’t care about their health. Oh well I guess it’s me I have to worry about though lol

This was great to hear (again). Once with the Ambrosia tour in Oz with Joe and yourself and again here. Gotta find that underlying base reason of "why". Gotta find my "why". Thanks Marc!

Maintaining once you get it may be easier, but how to get it in the first place? Been hitting it 45-90 min 5-7 days a week for over 2 years now, and still not looking great :(

It sucks when they tell you the truth he is right no one wants to be average

I have a question that isn't on this topic, hope you'll still answer. When doing a drop set, I know each set you drop the weight. For reps, are you working till failure or a rep number? Thanks.
