My favorite way of eating cottage cheese is to whisk it with eggs and cook it like scrambled eggs. The cottage cheese melts like a normal cheese and it makes the eggs light and fluffy!

I'm sitting here, nearly 20 lbs overweight, and I am DONE with just sitting around and putting my diet off. Today is the day I take back control of my body again. Thanks for this and the low calorie, high protein video of yours that I just watched. You're helping to make all of this much easier. I'll be sure to check out your other videos, but you've set me on the right path, and I thank you for that.

*EDIT 01/04/2024: I did lose the weight. I've been dealing with having a terminal brain tumor and haven't been on point with responding to messages. I weigh around 155 now, and lost about 25lbs before 2020, the year I found out I had a grade IV GBM.

Just watch your caloric intake, find low-calorie foods that are filling and delicious, drink plenty of water every day, and work out for around forty-five minutes a day, five days a week. Me personally, I drink around half a gallon of water a day. You don't need that much, but water is always a great alternative to anything else you may crave to drink, and it fills your stomach up, riffing you of that empty feeling that begs to be filled by food. Find fat-burning exorcises that you like doing, and incorporate them into your routine.

It's easy to gain weight, it's difficult to get rid of it. But once you do and you stick with a good diet and exercise routine, it becomes easy to keep the weight off. I found I can't stand cottage cheese, so this video obviously didn't work for me. Just thinking about eating it makes me sick.

I like putting garlic powder, salt and fresh ground pepper in mine. You can also throw your whole container cottage cheese in the blender then back into the package when you first buy it, changing the texture so you can use it more like a spread or a substitute for mayo in recipes.

One absolutley delicous way i eat cottage cheese especially when i workout in the evenings is i mix half a cup of cottage cheese with a scoop of whey protein, a tsp of cinnamon and i adjust the consitency of it with skim milk and then throw it in the freezer for 20 minutes and it tastes like a mixture of cheesecake and icecream, 240 calories and 41 grams of protien! It has both the fast absorbing whey protein and the long lasting casien protein so its the perfect protien snack post workout and before bed, plus it tastes amazing!

Also you can blend up cottage cheese and get a smooth texture like sour cream or yogurt works better with the tuna like a mayo sub.

Back in the 60s when I was still living at home with my mother, as she would make a cottage cheese dip. Take your tub of cottage cheese; we always use the larger one, green onions, little fresh garlic, and a little radish. The garlic and the radish is not supposed to overwhelm your cottage cheese flavor. Everybody’s taste buds are different you can add more or less of any of these ingredients. It’s great with breadsticks, specialty crackers and my granddaughter says they’re great with Doritos tortilla chips. Bon Appetite everyone. There is quite a few recipes everyone has shared in the comments I’ve actually purchased recipe cards so I can write them all down. That was a nice video thank you everyone for your recipes.

Where I come from (Kosovo) we have traditional dip with homemade cottage cheese. We cook it with a bit of oil (eggs are optional) and with cooked green peppers, also we combine it with homemade bread called Pogaqa. It's super easy and delicious.

I recently did a ham and cottage cheese spread on toast ...I used a food processor to combine the ham cottage and parmesan chesse together with garlic red crush pepper flacks and a bit of salt together...imo it was heavenly

I'll bet chopped banana peppers and/or red onions would be awesome in the tuna combination.  I'm really working on liking cottage cheese because it's so good for you -- a little added crunch makes the texture more satisfying.  Great video!

When I went to Weight Watchers I learned a recipe from one of the members. 1/3 cp cottage cheese, 1/3 cp drained fruit cocktail (or peaches), 2 Tbsp crushed pineapple with extra juice, 1-2 Tbsp of sugar free vanilla pudding, 2-3 pkt of Splenda. I love it and still eat it today, although I'm no longer on WW. You can trade or add any fruit to it, use more or less of any of the ingredients to your own taste. To me, it's not the same if I don't use the pineapple, with its juice.
