I used to do a close version of this recipe back in the 1980s. Cottage cheese, fresh blueberries and walnuts. It has always been one of my favorite breakfasts. Thanks for bringing it back.

oh my goodness. i tried this. i used fresh berries amd chia seeds and microwaved the whole bowl of berries, peanut butter and cottage cheese for about a minute. it was so good. it was like a dessert. thanks Autumn!

I love this cottage cheese bowl and eat this almost everyday for either breakfast or lunch. I use chopped pecans or walnuts instead of peanut butter. I like the blueberries frozen or slightly thawed and don't heat them up. I buy the bag of organic frozen blueberries at Costco and they last a long time. This keeps me full for hours. Thanks Autumn!

I'm a nurse. I have cottage cheese, PB, greek yogurt and a diced apple every day for lunch. I don't get breaks so this is something I can eat at the nurses station. I just have to make sure I don't have a curd stuck between my teeth when I go into a room. 😂

After seeing this on your channel I’m obsessed with this combo! I gently microwave my frozen blueberries with chia seeds, stevia drops, cinnamon, sweet cinnamon, vanilla extract and nutmeg, anything not nailed to the floor 😂- basically make a big jar of jam and have it ready. It’s AMAZING.
(Also: guys, you can add closed captions and change the playback speed in Settings ⚙️)

I cannot wait to try this Autumn! I added a scoop of your vanilla protein powder to my Greek yogurt yesterday. It was THE perfect pairing for that vanilla yogurt flavoring without having to add any extra sweeteners. ❤

I just made is and it is good! I had fresh blueberries so I zapped them in the microwave for about 20 seconds to get the juices to release. I just did 1 tablespoon of peanut butter because of calories. It is VERY satiating.

I LOVE this stuff, Amber. As a 67 year old, needing to lose a few pounds, I need to eat more protein. Never considered sautéing frozen berries before. 🤯. I’ve also used Skyr instead of cottage cheese, for dessert. Thank you! ❤️

I whipped up my cottage cheese (one cup) and blended it with a scoop of Quest peanut butter protein. Then, I topped it with blueberries and chia seeds. Yes, I got that recipe from you. Anyway, it is amazing tasting. As a matter of fact, I am having it for lunch today.

Just wanted to say thanks for the great food ideas. You have such enthusiasm for these recipes that I overcame my skepticism and tried this one, the pineapple/ginger/turmeric smoothie, and the sandwich in a bell pepper. They really ARE that good and I’m a little stunned. Anyway, just embarking on a quest to get on top of some chronic health problems and I appreciate how trustworthy your advice is—thank you!
