I have more energy now at 35 than I did at 25, and my fitness level is through the roof! I eat like 95% carnivore, with occasional honey or very small amounts of fruit because I'm still trying to lose baby weight and am healing from gestational diabetes. I only wish I would have started 10 years ago instead of stupidly being a vegetarian in my early 20s. Big mistake 🤦

Started carnivore January 13, 2023. I weighed 340 pounds. Six days later I’m down to 318. I realize it’s a lot of water loss but losing 22 pounds in 6 days is amazing! I have 72 pounds to go. I know it’ll get harder as I go but I plan to stay on carnivore until I hit my target and then add a few things to my diet and continue the diet as a way of life. Amazing how fast my bloat disappeared and my energy level is rising rapidly. I’m a medical technologist and have opportunity to check labs often. In 6 days my A1C went from 6.2 to 5.4. Unbelievable!! It works folks!!

"No one optimal diet for humans" = Absolutely true

Anyone who says otherwise simply does not have enough experience working directly with people on the ground. When you work with hundreds or thousands of people, you quickly realise that the "best" diet just DOES NOT WORK for a bunch of people. Its just a reality.

More appropriate is to base one's diet on a set of universal principles which appear to foster health and have the least deleterious effect

Awesome job!

I was gluten, sugar and dairy free for 3.5 years. The past 6 months I have had occasional gluten and seed oils to be social. Pizza, Beer, Taco, etc. I'm moving quickly towards 60 but I'm by far the best version ever. My ears would become clogged like in an airplane take off and landing, when I ate gluten, this would lead to almost brain fog, just uncomfortable feeling and struggle to follow conversations. My cognitive ability has improved significantly to the point of rewiring my brain. For the most part, I had untreated undiagnosed ADHD, which is ok, since initial treatment plans are medication. I did experiment and for me they were ineffective. I found diet to be the most effective along with functional movement and breathing. Now I'm never tried and never hungry. I know I can go at least 48 hours without food and water and be fine. Everyone will thrive because this is natural on an evolutionary basis. Thank you Dr. Saladino for all your efforts in promoting, what I believe is truthful from my personal experience. (Stop making life complicated just be a Human Being!)

I believe the fact that you have "salad" in your last name is evidence we are living in a simulation

I do not eat fruit right now but respect those who do if it works for you. I love eating this way. I feel like I have "runner's high" 24/7. I can't stop smiling every day.

I’m so glad YouTube suggested this channel to me. I am already on my dieting journey but this episode really helped me understand a few things about the food I eat and my diet. Cheers mate

Trying meat only for 2 weeks so far. My IBS is gone. I eat much smaller portions and feel energetic. I like how it's allowed me introduce one food at a time. Eg had a glass of milk... I'm intolerant. What a great start to figuring out MY perfect diet.

My first “remove” food is mayonnaise or Vegenaise as both are made with seed oils. I use to slather it on everything, but using avocado instead and it works just fine.

Type 1 diabetic who currently follows this and sees so many benefits to my blood sugar levels! It has been hard for me to completely eliminate veggies, as some in my diet has kept me feeling balanced. It blew my mind that many vegetables have defense chemicals, that we have disregarded and can be harmful to us. I love the take about honey and fruits being your source of carbs, this has done wonders for my sugar levels. It has also helped with any sugar cravings.

I think once you realize how the food and health industry is not looking out for you, you realize that you need to start researching and thinking for yourself.

Also fuck seed oils!! Been consuming this shit for years with my fam. Eliminated these last year and see huge improvement with my digestion and gut. Been using olive oil for a good minute, but have switched to ghee and grass fed butter.

It sucks everything good quality is expensive, but you can manage.

Thanks Paul for your work!

Thanks to this channel I’ve recently moved to Cambodia and eat pasture raised beef and fruit and feel the best I’ve ever done. It’s worth mentioning though that we buy meat that are fed on a primeval natural diet to reduce inflammation, it’s inflammation that’s the source of disease. Many people in the presumably developed nations are rushing around eating highly processed meats from factory farming systems, which is ignorance really on their part, but I will say so many people don’t appreciate the importance of food as they rush around chasing money.

Longtime follower, always a wealth of information. Keep doing what you do. I started animal based about 7 months ago when I found your page. I have never felt better nor been on better shape!

This way of eating has been the best for me. I've started adding fermented foods, like sourkraut on my pork and steak, kefir with my blue berries, I think it's making it even better!

I just started back on the carnivore path, but mixed in fruit to satiate my sweet tooth. I eat fish, beef and beef liver, and frozen berries. I'll supplement fruit that's in season when it's in season.

I've been jokingly referring to it as the Grizzly Diet, mostly because of all the berries, fish and liver I'm eating. I think it's a nice juxtaposition to the popular "Lion Diet".

You should start a certification course for any advanced level clinician (MD, DO, DC, NPC, PA) can take. Make it chalked full of the best studies and clinical practices available to help our patients the best we can. I believe it is better than just self study (too many things can be missed and it creates a standardization - THE Gold Standard for all of us).
