It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy. This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...

If you go to the frozen beef patty aisle, they have 100% grass-fed beef patties! You get like 15 of them & they are super convenient.

The big money is in processed foods. That’s why this has happened. It’s a sad sight. Everything is about profit. We as humans need to come together, educate ourselves and spread the message.

Costco and Aldi are the only way we can afford to eat the way we do as a family of 6. Costco's Kirkland brand grass fed butter is legit. Comes from New Zealand and they claim it's 95% which is even higher than Kerrygold.

One of my faves from Costco are the Teton Water Farms grass fed Polish sausages. 100% grass fed meat with no other fillers or ingredients
