i got to hand it to you man. you get straight to the point; you guide us through the workout. It's also something you do. we get to see you winded and on top of all that, they are effective workouts. I've been trying to find a morning routine that's challenging and active my body, this will do great, appreciate it. its free online training. you're doing honest work, and we appreciate it.

Omg! What an amazing workout! I haven't worked out in 6 days, this was just the routine to bring me back to exercising regularly. I have such a great pump in my legs, glutes, abs, and shoulders. My new morning routine.

Was unable to workout today including my stretches as well when first waking up & got my alert you posted this awesome session for my mornings & did this in the evening just now & sweating like Yes yes yes !!!! & will be adding these exercises to my mornings!!!!
