DECOMPRESS PINCHED NERVE IN 1 SIMPLE MOVE (INSTANT RELIEF) - Dr Alan Mandell, DC

Neck pain, occipital pain, headaches, visual changes, tinnitus, giddiness, and vertigo are commonly related to irritation of nerves and tight muscles in the upper neck and occipital region. The occipital condyle and the atlas (first cervical vertebrae) should have normal gliding motion. When this joint becomes locked and stuck, adhesions and scar tissue starts to form making motion more difficult over time. Poor posture/forward head posture, poor sleeping habits, and texting on our smart phone, are the causes to this problem.

This 100% worked for me. I personally have had the exact issues described in this video for years. I am only 23, but have had neck and back issues from construction work sense I was 16. I have been to chiropractors in the past, yet have still had neck pain to various degrees. I additionally have lost feeling in parts of my back and shoulder areas in the past couple years, especially when laying down. I followed this video directly and freed the top of my neck at the base of my head as described in the video. This is the most comfortable and free of pain I have been in years. I am amazed and thankful. I would recommend trying this to anyone. It worked for me, I hope someone else can get relief.

So timely as always! I've had especially nasty occipital pain for a week and I will be doing this. I wish my pain didn't flare up at every annoyance in my life but I'll keep adding your wonderful advice to my arsenal. This gave me already much needed mobility, and I will keep at it. You are an angel! Bless you, Doc!

Thank you for this procedure. I have lived with neck and back issues for a long time/work related. I still have head aches, my fingers go numb and turn white and it's all positional and secondary to my injuries. I will update as I progress with this new procedure but I am sure it will help because of the nature of this procedure you have shared. As usual, thank you so much for caring about those of us who need your knowledge.

Thank you so much! I had this harrowing neck pain starting at the skull base and spreading over the back of my skull for nearly 1.5 years, and it always returned when I was stressed or didn't get enough sleep. This exercise in addition to the chin tuck I learned from Bob & Brad and correcting my posture overall completely got rid of my pain.

All I can say is " Thank you". You are a blessing. I have been seeing Drs for 22 years. You helped me in 5 min and you don't even know me. I will be contributing to your site in the near future.

Your exercise have helped me do what the McKenzie exercises lacked. The McKenzie method helped me greatly after a car wreck, but now I’ve added your stretches and am again so much better. Thank you for your channel.

I have been working with this now for a few days. At the market today I stretched this out in the deli line...I felt a pop, and instant release. I rolled my head in a circle and my neck "cracked" a few times on it's own. My sinus drained, the pain and limited range of motion I have had since high school football has finally left after 20 years. My posture improved instantly, and I feel like a new man. Thank you

You did it again, Ringing is gone. So now I know that it is that part of my neck that is contributing to the ringing in the ear. Thank you. I thought I was going deff but my hearing is fine without the ringing.

THANK YOU! On a walk a few weeks ago, the top of my head hit a big low-hanging tree branch that apparently compressed something in my neck, resulting in sharp pain and a click when I turn my head to the right. Your technique in this video really works to relieve that pain! I'm subscribing! Thank you!
