I manage a car wash in northern CA that has roughly 200 locations and our life blood is monthly memberships - we monitor each team member’s “conversion rate” or ability to convert a non-member into a member. All these videos are gold - super helpful. We always get “let me go home and ask my wife/husband” or “I just want to try it out once before doing a membership”
