Andy is 100% right about trust and rapport. I was very close to buying a Hyundai Sonata N-Line, I was at the dealership with the intention to buy, my trade-in was appraised, my credit app was completed, and then I found out that the car that was listed online as "new" (with no mileage given) actually had 7, 000 miles on it from being a service loaner. That ruined the trust and I walked from the deal. The salesman *could* have closed me if he acknowledged the issue and worked with me to order an actual new car, for example. But he didn't, he just got pushy and aggressive and rude, so I left.

Andy If I'm honest, I was taking your training and coaching like 78% and investing most but not all my time on it, but JUST BECAUSE you mentioned you live in Scottsdale, Arizona (Where I moved to from Chicago in October) I'm putting 110% into my vehicle sales career even if it only lasts another month.
