I had fatty liver disease at 40 and my doctor tried to put me on cholesterol medication for the rest of my life. Instead I just lost 45 pounds and it magically went away. "Go see your doctor" is terrible advice.

I avoid doctors like the plague unless I break my arm. I’m 58 and have a routine colonoscopy and send off for my own blood work and read the results myself. Last time I went to a doc he wanted me to take more vitamin D. I said ok but I will need K2 with that. He says “Why”. That’s all I needed to know if he didn’t know that simple answer.
