I have an auto-immune disorder. I have several doctors and not one has suggested a diet change. I watch this video three days ago when it first aired and I immediately took Dr. Cole's advice. After 3 days of no gluten or inflammatory food or drinks I already feel a difference! Thank you so much.

I've been tracing my generational trauma during the pandemic. Seeing the links of diabetes, bipolar, inattention, abandonment through the women in my family. Independently I moved into the chem-free farm movement because it seemed to help. I was ridiculed for it but I'm not longer dependent on meds.
This guy is saying everything I've learned in ten years about health and more. Recently I had the suspicion that we are living still in post war trauma, eating food made for rations, maybe the war never stopped. I didn't realise how far and deep that generational trauma could be traced!

So... I heard "goop" in the intro and it immediately made me sceptical. I didn't expect to like this guy at all.
But I quickly noticed that this guy seems SO GENUINE! I have so much respect for him and I'd totally be willing to hear more from him.
Really interesting topics here!
BTW I reversed my Type 2 Diabetes by changing my diet. I cut out sugar, gluten, and dairy, and I started eating mostly plants, with only high quality meats.
My Dr said I'm not diabetic anymore, according to my bloodwork, but if I were to go back to my old way of eating, I'd be considered diabetic again.

he is filled with loads of information, i listen to his pod casts and have pages of info to remind myself of. as i have huge generational trauma, being born addicted and now i am in recovery from alcohol and substances. i am going to try and rework out my diet and how i treat my body as i am coming up with many health complications. we got to be kinder to ourselves too if we don't get it perfect. as it is a journey, just like life itself <3

I've been struggling with digestive issues for years. I try to eat as healthy as possible, exercise, drink loads of water etc but nothing helps. definitely going to be ordering this book.
