Both rice bran and peanut oils are also good choices (after olive and avocado oils) for deep frying due to their high smoke points and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats.

Mustard oil contains erucic acid, which has been linked to heart issues in animal studies, though evidence in humans is inconclusive. While it has some heart-healthy fats, oils like olive or avocado are generally better choices, followed by rice bran and peanut oils. In areas where these aren't available, mustard oil can be used in moderation.

I still remember I have studied something like saturated fats are very bad, you should avoid them, unsaturated are healthy than those .
