I have OCD too since I was a kid. Today I stopped my antidepressant because it make me forgetting a lot. Today I forgot it's Monday I almost didn't take my daughter to school . I'm so lonely today 😞. OCD, depression, illness, anxiety. Being so far from family. No friends. I'm lost. Pray for me things will get better soon.

Ik this video is a year old and the creator might not see it but idc if they do or not I just have to show my appreciation for how much this helped me. I suffer with ocd and constantly just thought i was very bored i just did things out of boredom but what you said in this vid and what ppl have told me really brings things together and show that i have ocd now I was never diagnosed but with how things are I think i do have it. This vid helped me realize I'm not alone and I'm not crazy lol. It hit so hard I was sort of stopping myself from crying due to how much relief I felt from seeing how another person suffers with this as well and I'm not alone. Thank you so much for this vid it really helped me with what I'm going though and gob bless you and everyone here who also suffers with ocd I hope you all have a good day :).

I am 27 years old and just received my OCD diagnosis. I’ve been in therapy for almost 3 months now but I’m still struggling. Hearing your story has been encouraging for me. Mine manifests as very obsessive and intrusive thoughts and I really just want a sense of normalcy back in my life.

You have a very calming energy around you in this video and thank you for posting this 💜💜 sometimes I feel like I can't physically do anything without doing a ritual, its so exhausting. I hate that other people have to go through this, but we all need to remember we're not alone 💕❣️

Thank you for sharing your story…as an OCD sufferer for 10+ years at 26 year old, I know how lonely it can feel. Medication I think can really help make things a little easier and that certainly is nothing to be scoffed at!

Love your content and all the best to you on your journey :)

Thank you for sharing again something so personal. It has given me more of an understanding of the different ways OCD can manifest itself. I know of someone who doesn’t have the typical symptoms but your video has opened my eyes to the possibility of OCD with other symptoms. Thank you as I now can have more of an understanding of what they may be dealing with.

26 year I suffered, still suffer intrusive thoughts, I also have level 7 in psychology, does it make it easier? NO.. do I understand it YES. ITS LIKE A BULLY. intrusive thoughts manifest in themes that are against your moral compass. Keep doing the videos young lady. Happy recovery 🙏❤️

I got diagnosed with ocd when I was twelve. I also had it since I was a kid. Thank you for making this video and being so open with us. I feel less alone now 💗

It is hard to express how much you mean to me, but these vids create something inside of me, which help me find ways to heal myself..there is much stuff going on in my life which does not fare well all the time, but when you talk and tell..things become clear and somehow "explained"...you are a fantastic and beautiful human..thank you Becca..for always being important <3..it certainly means the world to me..take care please <3...

Another great video, Becca. I've always been a bit different to my peers and never considered I might be neurodivergent until well into adulthood. Thanks so much for broaching OCD as a topic; understanding of common behavioural and neurodevelopmental disorders is massively lacking and it's awesome that you're encouraging discussion and acceptance. I appreciated your recent videos on self-esteem and grief, too - they felt very raw, honest, and familiar to my own experiences 🧡

Thank you for your openness. We are probably all going through some similar things.

Thank you; I know I need to go back to therapy, am in the process of finding one. It’s still so helpful to hear from someone who unfortunately understands how difficult it is, to HAVE TO do certain things that are/ can be exhausting. I actually understand touching wood- for me it’s not the saying but a grounding thing. Anyway THANK YOU.

Hope you are feeling all better from feeling under the weather 🤗🤗💗Not that you need an excuse to take a break! Sent you a message about your lovely art-piece I received. omg SO wonderful. (guys, support her art) Love this video. I relate with so much of this even though I never had a formal diagnosis. For example when I was a little child I would have to say this long winded good-night to my mother listing all the ways she was to stay safe (don't fall down the stairs, etc.) and she thought it was funny and cute but really it was something I felt that if I didn't say... something bad would happen! As a adult, I notice it more as, "I know I just checked that thing.. but feel like I should re-check.." Your self-care tips are wonderful.
