1. Would I rather live my life with risk, or have to live my life like this
2. Am I approaching or avoiding
3. If you can make room for this, it'll make it less scary
4. Make it worse to make it better (with assistance)
5. Stay with the thought, play with the thought.

I did it. I just did the thing that I couldn't do for so long the thing that ruined my life for so long. I made this journey by myself, but I just wanted to share it somewhere. I do have those negativethoughts and feel the bad sensation that was associated with it and I am not yet where I need to be. But for the first time in my life, I truly feel like I am in actual reach of being able to achieve everything I have ever wanted and be "normal". It seems like I gained the skill to solve my problems.

I really hope I manage to do this, I have lived with ocd for so long and am now keeping my self up all night carrying out distressing compulsions, while im carrying them out in the moment I feel incredibly tense, stressed, I start to sweat, I become serverely distressed and even start slapping my self in the head because of how fustrated I become and it actually makes me suicidle. After carrying out these distressing repetitive tasks I will feel incredibly annoyed, dissapointed and ashamed of my self. There are no posotive emotions when it comes to ocd, I feel completely and utterly trapped in it, but im going to try my best to listen to this video and overcome it even if it isnt simple, which i know it wont be, but i cant keep living like this

Something worth looking into is vitamin deficiencies. I read that some people with OCD may be lacking with these vitamins. Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and Zinc.

I find it hard to notice if I am having a compulsion sometimes. For example I remember a show and start to question which character did this or that and feel the urge to search or rewatch the whole series or else and I feel this heavy feeling on my chest when I am about to search it or when I don't want to search it. Is it OCD? What do I do?

I improved by just being yourself. The more you doubt, overthink, etc, the worse your ocd and intrusive thoughts will become because you now associate the thought or pattern with fear. If you be yourself, and think about what just comes to your head at the moment without fear or worry, the once negative thoughts if they do come will more than likely just pass and with time you will get better as your fear subsides. Why ocd and anxiety are interlinked, its fear about something. If an intrusive thought happens, you will eventually just see it as a dumb thought and go on being yourself. It takes work and time for the brain to learn, the brain is plastic and changes

To believe means to be convinced. To believe in Jesus Christ is to believe he is the Christ (Messiah), the Son of God, and that he gives you everlasting life for believing in him. John 3:16, KJV. Once you are Saved, you are always Saved, John 6:37, KJV...
