Just 3 months ago I was having daily panic attacks just going to lunch with my work mates. Today I will have my first date after a long time. I'm so happy I slowly get my life back even though it still feels like a rollercoaster most of the days.

Thank you for all you do!! You're helping me with my worst OCD moments.

Let's all agree that NOT even the meanest most malicious people on the planet deserve to suffer with OCD!

I'm glad this guy is here on YouTube. I am much better from OCD since June 2021. Your thoughts fears worries are imagination. It's not reality. Move forward towards your happiness

i really like that you joke around in your videos, it makes the topics feel more light-hearted yet informative & helpful, and allows me and hopefully many more to laugh at our brains! thank you <333

I've always had OCD. It's like it was built into me as a default setting. I don't remember ever being without it. My very first memories are of me performing compulsions at 5 years old, crying and not understanding why I couldn't stop. So... I have a wealth of experience in this field. :)
Your videos are everything I need. They're just incredible. I'm in a "safe space" because I've been taking medications for a long time. However, I started feeling my safe wall being penetrated by the exacerbation of OCD, and I was slowly but surely going back to square one. But the information that you provide is unearthly. Man, I can't express how much you make my life better and better. Personally, it's so much easier for me to prevent physical compulsions. I would say at this point I don't have any because it was relatively easy to let them go. It's the mental compulsions that are MUCH HARDER for me to deal with. And boy oh boy, they've been ruining my life since I can remember myself. I do as you say (not without exceptions when OCD takes over, but still) and I just... feel unbothered by the thoughts? I let them be, I don't click on the ad. Sometimes I just agree with them because it's too much. But I know for sure that just a few years ago these exact thoughts would have eaten me alive and I would have ended up at the mental hospital again. Thank you.

I was having a pretty good day when my anxiety about my intrusive thoughts started to bring me a lot of anxiety. Recently, using YouTube videos and podcasts about anxiety and OCD have been my compulsion to make me feel better about my condition, but I made it pretty far in the day until I watched one. This was the first one, and I gotta be strong and help myself

I just discovered your channel, and I have to say, it’s refreshing to find someone who understands. I’ve been living with OCD for as long as I can remember—my earliest memories of obsessions and compulsions go back to when I was around seven. It was tough on my family, and even harder for me to understand or control.

Now, as an adult, my OCD still ebbs and flows—sometimes it’s barely noticeable, but other times it flares up with a vengeance. I’m always on the lookout for evidence-based strategies to manage it without medication, a therapist, or constantly seeking reassurance.

Discovering your channel feels like my first real step toward taking off the “training wheels” and learning to navigate this on my own. I’m genuinely excited to dive into more of your content and see where this journey takes me.

Hi Nate, my name is Pastor Roy Robbins. I live in Chino California. My main obsession is Scrupulosity. I’ve been working with a clinician specializing in OCD now for about six months and I have made some good progress. I love your videos. They keep me grounded and doing the deed every day. Thank you so much.

I am struggling with unspeakable harm OCD and THAT'S WILD because I'm a super great mom and advocate for children. I've been struggling for around 9 months and I have mostly gotten the hang of it and it's like the worst compliment ever because if I were not such a bright, shining soul I know I wouldn't be struggling this way. 😭 but it's still so awful. I'm going to get better though.. I'm going to beat this. Thanks, Nathan for your videos.

Here in the old world, those bicycle supplements are called "stabilisers"-- which is apt for your analogy.
