Thanks bro, I followed these tips for 2 months and I started from 110 lbs (49kg) to 130 lbs (58kg) its not much but it is a HUGE difference for me

To all the skinny guys in comments... I used to be very skinny and had no confidence at all. I was doing some workouts here and there but one thing was obviously missing - diet. It is true when they say you can't overtrain a bad diet. When I finally started taking care of my diet (which I created online, from Dietarize) my body responded very well and I managed to put on some muscle. I started out because of the girls, but now they are the least reason I exercise. I do it to stay healthy, both physically and mentally.

Everyone is saying this diet is expensive. Today’s my first day on it and groceries only cost me $96.00 USD. I bought the bulk of items at Costco so I’m expecting all this food to last me 5-7 days. That’s a pretty reasonable price to me. I’ll keep you guys updated as I get further into my transformation from a human stick to a knockoff Connor Murphy.

Boys, take it from a girl, all people have their type, buff, skinny and chubby. Personally I feel intimidated by more buff guys and I go for the skinnier ones however I have friends that would go straight for the bigger boys. If you arent doing this for yourself then stop doing it. You might think all girls want a boy with a shiny six pack and wider shoulders but truth is, not all of us want that. Unless you are doing this for yourself and yourself only, please stop doing it, we would much rather a boy with a good heart than good abs ❤

I'm 5'11" and 107 pounds. I worked out for a year straight, but couldn't seem to gain any weight. My metabolism was never an issue, so I had no body fat, but I still couldn't gain weight. This will be very helpful

Thanks for this! I’ve been skinny all my life and I only gained a reasonable amount of weight just about 4 years ago but I’m still skinny and I notice because of it I tend to be held back doing my job (working at a sporting goods store with heavy lifting involved). I finally decided to workout but I also needed a good meal plan/diet that I need to follow. Thanks for giving me a good example to follow! 💪

Thank you so much! I wasn't drinking enough Protien shakes, I just had One Whey after my workout and one Casein shake a half before bed. I need to eat more eggs and wheat bread too. That's the main adjustments to my diet plan that I have been using. I'm glad I watched this video it really helped me correct my diet.
