As someone with ADHD this is fairly accurate. With me personally I wasnt really able to distinguish the mish mash of constant speeding thoughts and frustration though, it felt like a block on my brain with how constant it was. I just felt so stressed 24/7

yup i call it the hamster wheel, makes you overthink when you dont want to, have explosive emotional high and lows because of the anxiety and depression. after feeling this all at once you start to realized your not "normal"
