Needed to hear this today Weav.
Been struggling with the NC badly since yesterday, and today has far been my worst! It's day 25 of NC, and I'm telling you my somatic symptoms are on another level.

This video gave me a bit of a relief; it reminded me I was the only one trying to change in the relationship, while he was comfortable of his old ways. I gave way too much in to the relationship, and what did I get in games, and silent treatment. He would avoid any sort of communication when presented. He lacked communication, and listening skills. I'm hurting so much rn, but I know is for the best. This is the worst thing I had to do, walking away from someone that I still love. I had to choose me, because no one else would.

Please do a video on how to deal with the break up pain/how to cope with the pain. As always thank you for your support ❤
