My remote is trying to pair but my drone won't start the pairing mode even if I hold for 4 or more sec, I got a Mavic Air 2, do you have a plan for that??

Mine is cooked, i turn mine on and the light flashes yellow/green then it goes to green and it doesn’t say fly drone on my screen it continues to say connection guide, sometimes I have to wait like 20 minutes then it randomly connects, I can’t get it to connect straight away? Shitting me up the wall
