Lost mine due to launching inside of an air boat, it went pretty high, disconnected from my controller, and never came back. Feel free to search 7 mile island.

I bought this yesterday could not connect ended 6 hours trying to resolve it so on DJI's instruction I returned it, today I got another took it home unboxed and tried it out and guess what, it will not link, will not connect and does not recognize any connection, , , , trying to link as you mentioned all I get is - 'Remote controller not connected'
I am really disappointed I have to go for a plane in a few hours and I have been trying to sort this out it's now 1:15 am which means I will get very little sleep I have spent more than 15 hours yesterday and today trying to get this thing working I am not happy and yes I have had other drones.

Q: To physically link by buttons, should the r/c and drone be on already or soon as you turn on the r/c, you hold the power button for another 4 seconds? You didn’t mention that.

What does the following LIGHT CODE means.
When I turned on my Mavic mini, only number 1 and number 4 light turned on.
Not connecting, not flying.

Sometimes when I fly my aircraft the controller turns off by itself. I immediately turn the remote back on and it reconnects while the aircraft is flying. How can i solve this?
