Loved the "no-repeat" workout...helps with mental susceptibility...I ended up doing this twice...loved the warm up! Also, it feels so darn good when you do a burpee and it wasn't so bad after all....definitely getting stronger and mentally tougher. Thanks guys!

Im struggling post Covid. The virus destroyed a lot of my fitness. This was perfect as I'm easing back into it. I'll get back to where I was one day at a time.
