Full Body Wall Pilates Workout with Weights | Quick & Effective

If you don't have dumbbells you can use:
* 2 water bottles (1 16.9oz bottle is approximately 1 lb)
* 2 glass jars of sauce (1 24oz jar is approximately 1.5 lbs) or
* 2 cans (1 16oz can is approximately 1 lb).

Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Equipment shown:
Set of Dumbbells (optional)

This is a full body wall pilates strength workout with weights. This routine is designed to build strength and stability. This can be a wall pilates workout for beginners, as there are modifications to adjust the exercises. This is a wall pilates workout for glutes, wall pilates workout for abs, and wall pilates workout for arms. This is full body low impact pilates on wall. This routine can be supportive of those who have weight loss goals and are looking for a wall pilates workout for belly fat loss, as add strength training has been shown to be supportive of these goals. This is a 15 min low impact pilates workout and can be done on its own or in combination with another workout. I have linked a wall pilates ab workout and wall pilates stretch workout to this video.

Day 6. I normally never make this far in a challenge but the way you teach this and the simplicity of adding it to my day makes it fun. I feel great after and refreshed. I haven’t introduced weights yet - I easing in as I haven’t done work like this in a while and then when I come around the second time I will add them in.

Hi Rachel, just did your day 6 wall pilates and I have found that my muscles are feeling stronger and the body is saying it is keen to do other exercises ie walking. Also I am finding that I am stretching the body through the day which reminds me how great it feels to follow your daily workouts. A big thank you from me ❤

Day 6! Yay! Something about knowing it isn’t a 30 min grueling cardio workout- yet I feel good afterwards- has helped me to not give up. Thank you again for this doable workout.

Thank you, Rachel! I'm visually impaired and really appreciate all of your verbal explanations throughout the workouts! They help me to participate in time with you after I get the hang of it, without having to stop exercising all the time to go back and watch closely. I love the talking with cues and counting. There's no way to set my tablet that I can really view it and still look straight ahead so I rely on them.

Day 6 was best for me so far. Finally feel my form is right. No back pain when lifted. First day that I was able to stay lifted the whole time along with you!! 👏

I usually do more of a hitt routine so I hope this is working. I wanted to try something different.I do 2 session at a time because it just seems like it isn't a workout, but it is. I feel it! I'm on day 4 and interesting enough it is a challenge

Day 22 (16 July 2024) Great work today - am beginning to feel a lot stronger in my flexing up and definitely noticing the glute work getting easier!

Day 6 ✅️ it's me 55 yo and please do not stop talking first I need to know if I'm doing I right and if I only focused on what I was doing or how it felt...I would die 😅 we had a cold snap here and I had to chop through 4 in of ice on 2 troughs of water for the horses...thank God I have been doing these..that usually puts me out of commission for 5 to 7 days in my shoulders and arms back etc...But I just took off yesterday my shoulders were sore and a little arms BUT not my back THAT is a miracle and I have no doubt it's because I'm stronger...not only do you have to break through the 4 in of ice you have to take it out or it will freeze up again faster...happy that was only 2 days...but I only needed ONE day and I WANTED to work out again today I was like weights oh boy ...and no pain I couldn't believe it...still tiny bit sore in the shoulders but I abuse my body I owe it to my body to make it stronger so that the things that I have to do are not putting me out of commission for a week...thanks again Rachel ❤💪 see you tomorrow
