This is a full body wall pilates beginner workout for beginners. It is a pilates and strength full body workout where we challenge the body with resistance exercises to increase strength and assist in building more muscle or "tone" in the body. This could be a done without ankle weights and could be a pilates workout no equipment workout. This workout contains wall pilates exercises, including wall pilates workout for glutes and wall pilates workout for abs. This is a pilates workout with ankle weights, which places a greater challenge on the abs and glutes.This workout focuses on core stability, making it a great pilates workout for athletes or anyone who needs core stability for sports performance.

Day 8. Great full body workout! Feeling it EVERYWHERE today. I’m combining these workouts with a daily walk, as well as intermittent fasting. I weighed myself today for the first time in a week. I’m down 3 lbs. Great start. I know not every week will be as much, but I’ll be happy as long as there is no weight gain. Thank you!

All done and feeling good after a day of feeling down. Perimenopausal and feeling bloated during a missed period I know it’s the hormones and it makes me feel like I’m not achieving anything….however I finding I’m getting better at some of the exercises and feeling stronger 😊 positivity - thanks Rachel for this 😁

I'm turning 40 soon. Havenever been serious about working out as i have always been naturally fit. Started a week ago and loving it. I can feel my core getting stronger and my posture has improved. My mental health also in a better place. Thank you

Wonderful to read all the positive comments here! Almost like becoming a part of a group workout. Thank you Rachel! It really makes a difference! Day 8 combined with regular walks, yoga classes and water workouts. I feel that my core is rather strong but hands are weak and wiggly, posture is forward bending, I used to have regular problems with headaches, because of the tense neck and shoulders (sitting for hours behind the computer). So your exercises are really good for me. Good luck to all of you!

I love your wall Pilates workouts! You do a great job giving tips and directions on how to do it safely, adjust your position and what area you’re working. I paid for an app and it wasn’t near as good as your videos are. Thanks again!
