For those who don't feel like watching the entire thing:

15 Normal Pushups
10 Wide Pushups
5 Diamond Pushups

- 20 SECOND REST

DO FIVE 5-Second Hold Pushups

- 10 SECOND REST

5 Staggered Pushups: Each Side
DO ONE 20-Second Wide Pushup Hold

- 20 SECOND REST

Do as many regular pushups as you can.

And that's the end of it!

5 staggered push-ups (each side)
15 second wide push-up hold
max number of push-ups

Push ups are a great workout for chest, I got my chest from mainly push ups, you can do other workouts for chest such as benchpressing and pulling resistence, but push ups target chest directly.
