Awesome!!!+ I could do this on deployments with body armor to load up the "lift" and we don't always have a gym!!

For quads, I do only behind the back deadlifts (barbell hack squats) and it is very effective, it's just that because hips never reach parallel (because it is a hip hinge not a knee flexion), it is much easier to progress in weight and I will end up putting on way more plates than if I did squats but the hypertrophy effect is the same in the end and I prefer it compared to squats because it is a more comfortable position and it doesn't work the lower back, which allows me to do RDLs right after without being limited by lower back fatigue.
Eric Bugenhagen used it in the past as a showoff lift but the difference is that he did only 1RMs or low reps, while I do 3 sets of 10-12 reps

Interesting to set this up with a dip belt i have tried using TRX as the counter but maybe I need to attach a belt to the trx
